The Signature Welding Blanket (DSZVCF3.2) is manufactured by DARSHAN SAFETY ZONE, a certified ISO 9001:2015 company. Our welding blanket is approved in both New Zealand and Australia. It contains the optimal amount of binder material, which burns at lower temperatures without compromising the insulation properties, making it ideal for high-temperature applications.
Made from high-quality alumina silica fiber and mechanically needled for increased tensile strength and surface integrity, this woven fabric is specifically designed for use in environments requiring heat resistance up to 2300ºF (1260ºC). Reinforced with fiberglass filament and optionally available with Inconel or alloy steel wire, the blanket is built to withstand the toughest welding and foundry conditions.
